For a return, exchange or cancellation, please contact your seller directly. Get Curbside, Inc does not process returns, exchanges and/or cancellations. If you are not able to contact your seller, Get Curbside, Inc. will help you as much as possible.

It is possible to void your transaction with Get Curbside and the seller within 24 hours of purchase. If it has been less than 24 hours, contact your seller and ask them to return your item. If it has been more than 24 hours, the payments will get release to the seller and you will have to contact your seller for any returns, exchanges and/or cancellations.

Please know that Get Curbside, Inc. will do everything in it's power to ensure a safe and secure transaction. If you have any problems with a seller, please contact Get Curbside, Inc. as soon as possible. It is our duty to ensure that every seller is abiding by the terms and policies of our program. Any seller found to be in violation of our terms of use will be submitted to a review board for termination proceedings to be initiated.
